The LVST Whales had another season of tremendous swimming, diving, participation and comradery!   A solid combination of veterans and newcomers makes for a winning tradition that we continue to build on every year. Join the excitement, fun and a WHALE OF A TEAM!

We are looking for you to become part of the success whether your child is a competitive beginner or a seasoned swimmer. All you need is ENTHUSIASM, DEDICATION, DESIRE and SPIRIT. The coaching staff will work with each and every child to develop their own swimming skills. A REMINDER TO ALL PARENTS THAT THIS IS A SWIM TEAM AND NOT SWIM LESSONS!. Try-outs are necessary to join the team. This will take place the first three days of practice for all new members. Completion of one length (25 meters) freestyle, without stopping, under 45 seconds or coachs' discretion. If your child is not yet capable of achieving this goal, please sign up for swim lessons.

The age categories include: 8 & Under, 10 & Under, 12 & Under, 14 & Under, and 18 & Under - age as of June 1, 2010.

Team Dues: $90.00 per child, NO REFUNDS.

Practices will begin Tuesday, June 1^st, 2010, 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Times for age groups will vary - a separate mailing will be made for all Team Members. Please contact the Team President if interested in joining. SIGN-UP DEADLINE FOR JOINING THE TEAM IS JUNE 1^st, 2010. Below are dates for the 2010 Swim Team Season. PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR VACATIONS AND TRIPS ACCORDINGLY AND AFTER THE SEASON IS COMPLETED.

We will be having a Parent's Meeting on Saturday, May 8^th, 2010, 1:00 p.m. SHARP at LVSC. All interested parents and children are welcome and should plan on attending.

Practices:	3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday until the end of the school year. Ages/times to be announced.
	7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Monday thru Friday beginning Monday, June 21st, 2010.

      The league has added one new team for the 2010 season - Sunny Willow. It promises to be an exciting summer!
