LVS&TC would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for your membership with us. All memberships paid in full by March 31^st, 2010 will pay dues which are the same as last year. Due to the economy, Lenape Valley is committed to you, our valuable members! Please note that rates will increase after March 31^st, 2010.

Minimum deposits of $100.00 are accepted. Members bringing new families will receive four (4) free guest passes. Your name must appear on the new members' application to receive credit. Thank you in advance for your referrals! If you are billed for a table rental, a minimum payment of $225.00 is required. MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MEMORIAL DAY. Payment plans are available. A reminder: all chairs and tables in the grass area are for your use FREE OF CHARGE on a first come, first serve basis. Table rentals can be shared by more than one family, however each table is permitted four (4) chairs.

1. Membership Photos:
   Saturday, May 8^th and May 15^th, 2010 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
   Pictures must be taken of ALL NEW FAMILY MEMBERS, UPDATES and those joining for the first time. Photos are taken at the Club office.
2. Open House - Sunday, May 24^th, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Details will be posted on this web site soon.
3. Club Hours for Memorial Day Weekend:
   Saturday and Sunday, May 29^th and 30^th, 2010: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
   Monday, May 31^st, 2010: 12:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
4. Club Open Weekends Only until End of Central Bucks School Year:
   Saturday and Sunday, June 5^th and June 6^th, 2010: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
5. Club Opens Full Time Saturday, June 12^th, 2010 through Labor Day.
   Hours: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. All hours are weather permitting, up to Management Discretion or as posted.
   All pools will close 7:45 p.m. or 15 minutes prior to closing.

6. Swim Lesson Registration will occur on the following dates:

   First Session:
   Registration:	Wednesday, June 23rd 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   	Thursday, June 24th 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   Lessons Begin:	Monday, June 28th - Friday, July 9th, 2010
   	Eight (8) lessons during the two week period.
   Second Session:
   Registration:	Tuesday, July 13th 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   	Wednesday, July 14th 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   Lessons Begin:	Monday, July 19th - Friday, July 30st, 2010
   	Eight (8) lessons during the two week period.

   • Cost of Swim Lessons: $40.00 member/$50.00 non-member registration/lesson fee per child four (4) years old or above.
   • Register at the time you wish to have the lesson - 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   • Children four (4) years of age and older at the time of registration MUST BE PRESENT AND IN THEIR BATHING SUIT FOR WATER TESTING.

7. Summer Fun:
   Mondays through Thursdays - organized games for kids: 2:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
8. Planning a Birthday Party, Anniversary, Reunion or a Get-Together with friends?:
   LVSC supplies the facilities - you simply add the friends. A great way to spend an afternoon or evening. Contact the office for additional information, rates and available dates.
9. Country Fest - Saturday, July 10^th, 2010. Concert to raise $$ for Breast Cancer.
   
10. End of Season Bash - Saturday, September 4^th, 2010. Pig roast.
    

Your membership card/bar code from last year will be used for 2010. Please locate your membership cards prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Lost cards will need to be replaced at a cost of $5.00 per card. Membership cards will be distributed and must be scanned upon arrival by each individual member - each member carries his or her own membership card, excluding infants. All picture updates and pictures for new members will be taken Saturday, May 8^th and 15^th from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. MEMBERSHIP CARDS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. USE BY OTHERS WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND. All guests, either swimming or not, must be registered and paid at time of arrival.

Our policy does not allow for refunds of fees or dues paid. Charge for returned checks is $25.00.

LVS&TC rents tables, chairs and umbrellas on the wooden decks surrounding the pools for a fee of $125.00 (if available) and chaises for $15.00 for the season.
