LVS&TC would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for your membership with us. All memberships paid in full by April 21, 2008 will receive two (2) complimentary guest passes upon your first visit to the Club.

It is necessary for 2007 members to confirm your intention to join LVS&TC for the 2008 summer season by April 21^st, 2008 with a minimum payment of $100.00. All members and applicants billed after April 21^st, 2008 must send minimum payment upon receipt of invoice. If you are billed for a table rental, a minimum payment of $225.00 is required. Table rentals will be made available to those on the table waiting list if payment is not received by April 21^st, 2008. MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MEMORIAL DAY OR YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES WILL BE SUSPENDED.

1. Membership Photos:
   Saturday, May 10^th and May 17^th, 2008 between the hours of 1:00p.m. - 4:00p.m.
   Pictures MUST be taken of ALL NEW FAMILY MEMBERS, UPDATES and those joining for the first time. It is necessary to come to the Club for photos - avoid long lines at time of opening.
2. Club Hours for Memorial Day Weekend:
   Saturday and Sunday, May 24^th and 25^th, 2008: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
   Monday, May 26^th, 2008: 12:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
3. Club Open Weekends Only until End of Central Bucks School Year:
   Saturday and Sunday, May 31^st and June 1^st, 2008: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
   Saturday and Sunday, June 7^th and June 8^th, 2008: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
4. Club Opens Full Time Saturday, June 14^th, 2008 through Labor Day.
   Hours: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. All hours are weather permitting, up to Management Discretion or as posted.
   All pools will close 7:45 p.m. or 15 minutes prior to closing.
5. Swim Lesson Registration will occur on the following dates:

   First Session:
   Registration:	Wednesday, June 18th 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   	Thursday, June 19th 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   Lessons Begin:	Monday, June 23rd - Thursday, July 3rd, 2008
   	Eight (8) lessons during the two week period.
   Second Session:
   Registration:	Tuesday, July 8th 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   	Wednesday, July 9th 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   Lessons Begin:	Monday, July 14th - Friday, July 25th, 2008
   	Eight (8) lessons during the two week period.

   • Cost of Swim Lessons: $25.00 registration/lesson fee per child four (4) years old or above.
   • Register at the appropriate time you wish to have lessons - 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m..
   • Children ages four (4) years of age and older at the time of registration MUST BE PRESENT AND IN THEIR BATHING SUIT FOR WATER TESTING.

6. Summer Fun:
   Mondays through Thursdays - organized games for kids: 2:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
7. Planning a Birthday Party, Anniversary, Reunion or a Get-Together with friends?:
   LVSC supplies the facilities - you simply add the friends. A great way to spend an afternoon or evening. Contact the office for additional information, rates and available dates.

Your membership card/bar code from last year will be used for 2008. Please locate your membership cards prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Lost cards will need to be replaced at a cost of $5.00 per card. Membership cards will be distributed and must be scanned upon arrival by each individual member - each member carries his or her own membership card, excluding infants. All picture updates and pictures for new members will be taken Saturday, May 10^th and 17^th from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. MEMBERSHIP CARDS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE. USE BY OTHERS WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND. All guests, either swimming or not, must be registered and paid at time of arrival. Failure to do so will result in termination.

Our policy does not allow for refunds of fees or dues paid. Charge for returned checks is $25.00.

LVS&TC rents tables, chairs and umbrellas on the wooden decks surrounding the pools for a fee of $125.00 (if available) and chaises for $15.00 for the season.
